HRV-based Sleep Stage Classification
Applied Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) on Heart Rate Variability (HRV) signals to extract time-frequency domain features (e.g., SDNN, RMSSD, HF). Trained and evaluated tree-based ensemble models (Random Forest, Decision Tree) to perform 5-class sleep stage classification (Wake, N1, N2, N3, REM)
Air Pollution Analysis – Kaohsiung Liveability
Analyzed air quality monitoring data across Kaohsiung to assess residential liveability. Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis and descriptive statistics to the datasets, producing actionable insights for pollution control policy.
